Job Description


Key elements of the job will involve:

  • Handle general administrative duties including office supplies
  • Work closely with the internal departments and provide support on administrative issues so as to fulfil business needs
  • Prepare business report
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required (including assist in organizing company events such as special occasion parties and CSR activities)
  • Work 4 hours per day

Desire skills and experience:

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ administration or related experience
  • Be able to work proactively, independently and efficiently
  • A team player with good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good in MS Office
