Job Description
Key elements of the job will involve:
- Handle general administrative duties including office supplies
- Work closely with the internal departments and provide support on administrative issues so as to fulfil business needs
- Prepare business report
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform ad hoc duties as required (including assist in organizing company events such as special occasion parties and CSR activities)
- Work 4 hours per day
Desire skills and experience:
- Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ administration or related experience
- Be able to work proactively, independently and efficiently
- A team player with good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good in MS Office
