Job Description
Responsibilities includes:
- Responsible for daily accounting operations (AR / AP);
- Perform daily reconciliation of credit card statements and bank reconciliation;
- Support in weekly, periodic, quarterly and year end closing process and assist in financial reports;
- Liaise with customers / vendors;
- Prepare balance sheet schedules and follow up with accounts outstanding;
- Participate in system implementation and process improvements;
- Assist in annual audit process;
- Responsible for filling and administrative works;
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Accounting or related discipline;
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Accounting, preferably gained in retail, catering and/or hospitality industries;
- Fresh graduates will also be considered;
- More experience candidates will be considered for the role of Accountant;
- Ability to achieve tight deadlines and work well under pressure;
- Well-organized, detailed oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and as a good team player;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills are required;
- Proficient in Peach Tree and MS applications;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese;
- Immediately available is preferred;
- Working location: Near Wong Chuk Hang MTR Exit A (2 minutes’ walk).
