MNC is hiring Head of Finance

Duties:

• Business partner of GM to drive business planning and performance
• In charge of HK Finance team on all round functions
• Review policies and procedures, including financial reporting standards and budget preparation guidelines and policies, etc.
• Lead the Finance team to support strategic and operational business planning from financial perspective, budgetary and forecasting control, financial control, financial evaluation on new projects and reporting procedures
• Manage treasury, audit and tax to ensure effective cash management and meet timely tax filing requirements
• Coordinate with external/internal auditors to prepare statutory account and ensure sufficient internal control in place for effective and efficient operations
• Provide support, insight and timely analysis to all department heads to facilitate their understanding of the financial performance of their departments and to assist them in designing budgeting tools which reflect the nature of their section of the company

Requirements:

• Degree holder with CPA Qualification
• At least 10 years of work experience with at least 8 years in managerial level
• Prefer trading and distribution business in multinational corporate
• Solid full spectrum Finance & Accounting experience
• Local/ Country role experience
