Our client is a freight forwarding expert in the market. They are looking for a Head of Finance to join their team.

 Responsibilities:

• Handle annual local and group financial statements audit, online tax filing, settlement, industrial and commercial annual inspection and other work
• Support IPO project
• Participate in fixed assets, accounts receivable and other inventory, inventory work;  
• Development, implementation and improvement of group financial policies, internal controls procedures and standard operating procedures
• Prepare monthly review materials for different BU according to pre-set KPIs
• Supervise more than 10 staffs in different countries
• Responsible for daily financial accounting, budgeting, banking and cash flow management, intercompany transactions and balances reconciliation, tax-related work, handling the company's internal financial statements and account management 
• Perform expense reimbursement audit, timely and accurate control of all expenses
• Completed financial statements, management statements production and submission
• Work closely with IT department to develop and improve the system finance functions
• Support Sales department to develop and update the sales commission policy
• Prepare payment applications for different BU according to company payment SOP and monitor the whole process to ensure the payments are done within the credit term
• Liaise with external auditors for Hong Kong annual audit
• Review various agreements and other legal documents for suppliers or customers, and give comments to product managers and Group CFO from business perspective
• Liaise with insurance company to get the most suitable insurance policy for Smart Parcel business
• Support HR and Admin issues assigned by management team
• Handle any other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• University graduate, CPA or equivalent qualifications
• At least 10 years of financial management and IPO experience in corporate environment
• Experience in Logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight forwarding, IT technology industry is beneficial
• Familiar with both Mainland China and Hong Kong accounting standards and related financial, tax, audit regulations and policies
• Ability to multitask and produce high quality work under minimal supervision in high pressure environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
