Job Duties
- Initially assigned to payable team of HK Finance function
- Work closely with vendors & internal departments to ensure smooth payment processing in compliance with internal control procedures
- Assist in continuous processes streamline and system automation
- Support ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned by Manager
- Eligible for job rotation to other roles in Finance department for career development depending on performance and availability
Requirements
- Degree or associate degree in Accounting or related discipline
- At least 3 years relevant experience, preferably from real estate industry or property management company
- High proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel functions, experience in
- Power BI or Microsoft Dynamic 365 is a plus
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork spirit and demonstrate ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
Remuneration
We offer a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate to the right candidates with qualifications and working experience.
