• Prepare voucher and input data into the ERP system
• Perform bank and accounts reconciliation
• Liaise with stakeholder regarding payment issues
• Monitor AP aging and assist in cash flow monitoring
• Perform fund transfer to make sure sufficient funds before payment
• Assist in ad hoc duties when required
