Our client which is Trading office in Hong Kong is looking for high culver candidate now : 

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for bookkeeping, such as Petty Cash, AR and A/P. and maintain Accounting Record for 2 companies in Hong Kong.
• Report will be sent to Japan HQ ever 5th working day for consolidation.  
• Liaison with Banker, External Auditor
• Communicate with oversea branches sometimes.
• Report to Native Japanese GM (communicate in English or Japanese)
• Office Administration tasks, such as communicate with Management office, Payroll, MPF handling, communicate with  insurance company 
• Some miscellaneous tasks might be required.

Requirements
           

• At least 3 years experiences of Accounting, able to handle full set of Accounting. such as Petty cash handling, A/R and A/P independently 
•  LCCI Middle or Diploma / Degree (Accounting discipline) is required
•  Native Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin. Japanese speaker is an advantage.
•  Experience of MYOB is an advantage.
•  Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel skill.
•  Responsible and mature, teamwork and willing to learn.
•  Candidate has experience in Japanese company will be advantage. 
•  Immediate available or 1 week notice is highly advantage.
