My client, an international school is now looking for the above position urgently. 

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking Accounts Receivable role
• Accurately carrying out and handling all billing activities on specified dates
• Properly following up collection, allocation of receipts and update account receivable ledgers at specific deadlines
• Preparing receipt report, receipts and arranging bank deposits
• Preparing and distributing the letter of payment in lieu of notice and update the status report
• Monitoring customer account details for no payment, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Assisting in month end closing & year end closing

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting / Finance or related discipline
• 1.5 - 2 years working experience in accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office application including Word and Excel & other a/c software
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese 
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task

Package:

• Five days per week
• 8 am to 5 pm
• 15 days annual leave
