Our client is looking for Assistant General Manager-Finance.

Job Description：

• To manage and execute the investment Company under the company’s policies, and the statutory and regulations in Asian country.
• To participate in the strategic planning and major business decisions making process of the Company.
• Manage to review the main contracts or agreements.
• Manage to control accounting, budgeting, treasury, risk management and provide the guidance on management issues.
• Establish and improve accounting system, conduct analysis of operation or investment activities, maintain the security of financial information and responsible for the quality of the accounting information.
• Organize overall budget of the company such as cost control, expenditure reduction, financial analysis and forecast.
• Optimise capital structure to ensure safety of funds and improve fund efficiency.
• Participate in capital operation including investments, mergers and acquisitions, asset transfers, debt restructure, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Certificate in CPA/CMA/ CIA/CFA.
• 10 years work experience in finance, accounting, auditing, investment, or related work.
• Possess the ability and quality necessary to perform the duties of the post, be diligent and conscientious, cooperate.
• Excellent decision-making and communication skills.
• Senior manager experience or other State Owe Enterprise experience prefer.
