We are working with an international engineering consultancy who are currently searching for an experienced Finance Manager to be based in Hong Kong.

The preferred candidate should possess experience working in the construction, engineering, service or real estat space willing to work across the group and lead a team, and establish new processes to improve business lines.

Hong Kong work experience is preferable.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for AP, AR, GL & account reconciliations
• Handle vendor invoices with proper approval and settlement of invoices within payment terms.
• Verify and process employee expense claims and manage the approval and payment process
• Liaise with vendors and/or relevant departments
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance are up to standard
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecast
• Support Finance team for smoother operation
• Handle month-end closing, balances sheet reconciliations accounts & financial reporting
• Ad hoc projects/reports as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline
• 10-15 years of accounting experience gained from MNC or sizable organizations
• Proactive and organized
• Good team player with good communication
• Independent working ability
• Proficient in MS office applications and experience in using SAP and Hyperion is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is essential
