Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify sales orders/invoices for high volume turnover
• Arrange documentation delivery in order
• Answer clients’ enquiry about goods moving status
• Complete ad hoc assignment  

 Requirements:

• Form 6 or above
• 3 years or above working experience in trading fields is an advantage
• Highly customer-oriented and flexible interpersonal skill
• Strong communication and dedicated team player
• Experienced user of FLEX system is preferred but not essential.
