Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for monitoring variation order
• To handle project deduction and contrac-charges and payment application(Profoma invoice)
• To coordinate variation order and final account payment with Sales Department
• To support the internal project payment status review with Project Teams
• To manage of payment summary table
• To be responsible for contractual and administrative support.
• To handle insurance case

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 2 years working experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of SAP
• Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinses
• Independent, self-motivated and willing to learn
