Responsibilities:
> Perform accounting duties such as data entry, invoice checking, banking reconciliation
> Perform all-round office administration and clerical duties such as equipment maintenance, replenishment of office supplies, purchasing and etc
> Process Payments including maintaining a general ledger and statements of account
> Document Control including filing and managing hard and soft copies of documentation
> Perform ad hoc assignments as required
> Assist in preparing business reports and coordinate with internal parties in different department
> Provide clerical support to department, such as document processing, data checking, and filling
> Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned and perform other duties as assigned by Department head
Requirements:
> Minimum 1 year relevant experience
> Knowledge in Accounting system will be an advantage
> Proficient in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
> High sense of responsibility, willing to learn
> Fresh Graduation will be considerable
