• Handling accounting duties (including bookkeeping, prepare schedules and accounting ledgers, etc) for various projects and provide administrative support, including data migration works for management dashboard system which we expect to roll-out by the end of 2022.
• Facilitate payments (including checking supporting documents, preparing cheque/e-transfer)
• Handle daily AP data input and filing
• Assist in preparation of month end closings & year end closings
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

• Holder of LCCI Level II or Diploma
• 0-2 years’ accounting experience is preferred
• Self-motivated, energetic and well-organized with an analytical mind
• Able to work independently and under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred
• Proficiency in   Microsoft office applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

The position is on a 1-year term contract.
