Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle project financial management for international and Hong Kong projects
- Prepare management/financial reporting, business analysis, and budgetary control
- Driving internal process efficiency and ensure financial policies, procedures and processes are properly adhered to
- Assist in deliver operational KPI and liaise with internal project managers and report to top management directly on a timely, accurate and efficient manner
- Ad-hoc assignments as and when required
- Enforce ethic & compliance policy including 3rd Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.
Requirements:
- University Degree and Member of an internationally recognized accountancy body such as ACCA, HKICPA preferred
- 3 years of working experience from MNC environment / audit experience in Big 4 CPA firm with SOX experience preferred
- Hand-on experiences in Oracle System and advanced skill in MS Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
- Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, good team player, able to work in matrix organization.
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Finance Project Analyst
