About the company:

Our client is an international company with a growing presence in the Greater China region. As part of their development, they are currently looking to hire a Finance Director based in their Greater Bay office to manage the overall Finance function and become the business partner to the CEO and CFO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Finance & Accounting team in PRC, involve in team structure revamp and internal operation streamlining
• Become the finance business partner for internal stakeholders and provide advice on business performance and risks
• Occasional meeting with different offices and stakeholders to discuss growth and cost saving opportunities
• Drive budgeting, forecasting to ensure accurate delivery of financial information
• Improvement of existing reporting templates for management usage
• Ad hoc duties required by senior management

Key requirements

• Willingness to be based in the PRC and travel around Greater Bay Area / HK when needed
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines with professional qualification
• At least 8-15 years of working experience in Accounting related fields in a sizable organization and at least 3 years in supervisory or managerial level
• Experience in distribution, wholesale or will be an added advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
