Your role:

• Provide business-partnering service to internal users on professional accounting advice.
• Supervise a team to handle full set of financial books independently and ensure proper compliance to statutory reporting and/or other regulatory reporting.
• Engage in prepare accounting reports and analysis, support budget and forecast exercise, evaluate business proposal and support ad-hoc assignments.
• Work with different business units to ensure the business objective and management target is achieved, hence possession of strong analytical skill is crucial to the success of this post.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisers and other professional advisers directly.

To succeed in this role:

• University degree in Accounting or related discipline with qualification in professional accounting body. Previous training in Big-4 with 4 years and MNC is preferable.
• Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience, of which solid experience in financial reporting and compliance is a plus.
• Strong in leadership who can motivate and supervise a team of accounting expertise.
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Independent, proactive with positive and hands-on attitude, able to meet tight time line in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience in Oracle accounting systems is an advantage.
• Candidate with potential but having less experience will also be considered for Assistant Finance Manager.
