Description
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining banking relationship with the Company's existing banks
- Managing credit structure across Australia, China and US business
- Developing credit facility to maximise business performance such as working capital, trade credit, term debt, supply finance, Fx hedging and asset financing
- Developing Treasury functions for strong financial controls and supporting company's performance
- Assisting in Hong Kong IPO listing Process
Profile
Experience Required:
- 10 years + of treasury experience
- Banking relationship is a must
- CPA Qualification is a must
- Able to work independently
- Good Language Skills are required
- HK IPO experience is highly preferred
