Responsibilities

• To record and prepare reports concerning F & B and other operating supplies cost
• To handle daily routine F & B cost control and clerical work
• To handle account receivable and credit control. 

Requirements: 

• Diploma or LCC Higher in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant experience preferably in hospitality industry, with F&B costing or credit control experience is preferred. 
• Good computer knowledge in Excel and Word
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
