My client is an international firm and has business around the globe. They have a sizeable finance team and look after APAC markets.

Description

• Support data validation for billing function
• Conduct UAT for system migration
• Monitor billing profiles & data
• Process and verify billing data and monthly invoices
• Keep updated records of financial transactions
• Identify unbilled balances and resolve payment issues
• Prepare reports for management team
• Handle billing enquires from clients and internal staff

Profile

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting / Finance / Business or related disciplines
• Experience in billing management / AR collections
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
