Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general accounting duties including daily book closing and reporting of subsidiaries and provident fund
- Set up and manage the auto-pay and cost distribution arrangement
- Perform invoice verification and bank reconciliation if required
- Prepare and compile analysis reports for management review
- Assist in ad hoc administrative support duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking industry or sizable firms
- Familiar with Oracle GL, Fixed Assets & Accounts Payable modules
- A team player with good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Conversant with MS Office applications and knowledge of VBA an advantage
- Candidate with more experience would be considered for the position of Assistant Manager
