Responsibilities:

•    Assist in month-end closing and financial reports
•    Handle and review daily and monthly financial & management reporting, customer accounting, inter-company transactions & accounts reconciliation, audit and forecasting with the assistance of subordinate
•    Manage the accounts receivable and liaise with both internal and external parties for customers related matters
•    Conduct financial and business analysis to support business decisions
•    Deal with financial and audit and ensure compliance of internal controls
•    Participate in ad-hoc assignments and reports

Requirements:

²  Higher Diploma holder in Accountancy and student member of ACCA or HKICPA finalist or equivalent

²  At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial & management reporting, customer accounting, forecast and analysis,

²  Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel e.g. Pivot table, V-lookup is a must

²  Knowledgeable in ERP system implementation is an advantage, especially AX Financial System is preferred

²  A good team player with positive mindset and strong interpersonal and communication skills

²  Proactive, strong analytical, problem-solving skills and able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines

²  Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

²  Immediate available preferred
