Description

• Oversee P2P process, Accounts Payable
• Perform receipt reconciliation
• Assist year end audit enquires
• Communicate with third parties about vendors payment and debt collection
• Previous knowledge of Tmall payment/receipt operation is an advantage
• Prepare month end journals and other ad hoc task

Profile

• Degree holder of Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent Excel skills
• Good Knowledge and hands on experience in SAP system operation
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
