Job Description

Our client is a sizable and stable international law firm in Central with a friendly and dynamic working environment. They are hiring an experienced and responsible talent to manage the facilities and operations team for Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the COO and Managing Partner
  • Supervise a team of 6-8 including admin supervisor, admin assistant, receptionist, tea lady, messenger etc.
  • Ensure the daily operations of the office
  • In-charge of the office facilities maintenance, health, and safety of the office
  • Review the terms of business, source and manage various vendors
  • Manage the office supplies procurement work
  • Review the workflow and handle the office compliance work
  • Manage different administrative projects such as office renovation
  • Space planning and arrange seats and materials for new joiners
  • In-charge of business continuous plan when necessary
  • Deal with internal and external parties for corporate communication
  • Assist COO on business / corporate expansion planning
  • Provide professional advisory to COO and Partners on business support functions
  • Work on the annual facilities checking schedule such as the fire alarm system, the air-conditioning system, and the office security system etc.
  • In-charge of company events organization such as Christmas party and Charity activities etc.

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder major with at least 10 years related working experience with MNCs / Professional firms
  • Good understanding on business support and facilities maintenance requirements such as ISO certification
  • Good management skill and Fluency in English required
  • Candidates with legal background will be considered first
