CFO (F&B)

Our client is a well-established F&B business with international presence. We are assisting them to look for the CFO to lead their growing team.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial strategic planning and harmonize the financial operations of the company
• Regular financial analysis to maintain a continuous understanding of the company's financial position and take steps to prevent problems
• Prepare forecasts and comprehensive financial budgets that meet corporate sector requirements
• Lead the data analytics team to drive the strategic growth of data environments
• Collaborate with functionals heads to develop business-related data analytics solutions and models which enable to provide insights and foresights for identifying new opportunities or process improvement
• Manage relationships with partners and investors to develop fundraising strategies
• Liaison with bankers for fund and cash flow management
• Coordinate with auditors and external parties to manage compliance and tax issues
• Work closely with the company secretary and tax advisor to execute the establishment of new subsidiaries
• Monitor all audit and internal control processes
• Regular preparation of timely and detailed financial performance reports
• Guarantee compliance with financial laws and guidelines.

Position Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 15 years of related experience ideally within Retail, FMCG industries
• Qualified Accountant of CPA / ACCA or equivalent
• Knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus
• Experiences of working in sizable company and exposure in Greater China is highly preferable
• Experiences of driving IPO project is crucial
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking with exceptional numerical proficiency
• Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy with strong sense of urgency
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
