Our client is a Top Tier Real Estate Developer. They are looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to strengthen their team.

Responsibilities

• Handle various corporate finance and risk management activities

• Review cashflow position and conduct variance analysis for control and planning purpose

• Perform duties to meet bank loan and debt compliance requirements

• Involve in project loan / financing arrangements including negotiation with banks and legal documentation

• Handle daily treasury transactions including loan compliance and administration, capital injection, cash pooling, fund transfers and intercompany loans etc

• Handle financial and risk analysis reports, forecasts, budgets and presentations 

• Review finance documents for banks, legal counsels and financial service providers

• Handle AML/KYC and other compliance related matters

• Collaborate with other in-house functional teams in Asia Pacific on corporate finance related matters

Requirements

• Preferably a degree holder in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 12 years Treasury related experience 
• Knowledge of banking operations procedures, banking products & loan facilities and good understanding on KYC requirement
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, positive working attitude, well-organized, detail minded, strong organizational skills
• Independent and pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (include Putonghua)
