Our client is a MNC Shipping company with over 80 years of history. With over 1000 employees and different offices around the world, they are now looking for an experienced candidate who has hands-on experience on consolidation to join their finance team to cope with new investment plan in the coming year.

Description

• Perform day-to-day accounting operations in a timely and efficient manner, such as cheque payments, voucher input and cash-flow management.
• Month-end closing, year-end closing and prepare management reports for internal and external purposes, including cash-flow reports, inter-company accounts, monthly expense reports, bank reconciliation and fixed assets register, etc.
• Assist in the preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements for Audit purposes (Semi-Annual & Annual Audit)
• Assist in the preparation of the quarterly and annual budget of the companies in HK
• Liaise with external professional bodies for audit and taxation
• Assist in other ad hoc projects instructed by the management

Profile

• HKICPA / ACCA Qualified Members
• Accounting Degree holder
• Strong PC skills especially MS Excel
• Good command in Mandarin and English
• Independent and good interpersonal skill
• Detail-minded and be able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
