Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounts & overall day-to-day financial operations
• Perform general accounting duties, including but not limit to bank reconciliation, inter-co reconciliation, preparing invoice and accounting schedules.
• Responsible for reporting and bookkeeping
• Ensure the accuracy of invoicing and billing
• Prepare regular financial analysis, management reports, annual budgets and forecast, etc. reports.
• Liaising with internal & external parties, including clients, banks, tax authorities, auditors & service providers, etc
• Perform updates on accounting standards and tax related topics for HK to ensure compliance of corporate policies and statutory requirements
• Assist in any ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or related disciplines
• At least 6 years relevant working experience in Accounting or Finance management
• Independent, highly self-motivated, well organized, with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in computer software applications of the following: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese/English word processing
• Good command of written / spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
