Responsibilities:

-      Responsible for daily routine accounting duties – prepare vouchers, handle daily payments and maintain proper and accurate accounting records

-      Handle full sets of account

-      Prepare AR /AP aging reports and bank reconciliation

-      Assist in month-end closing

-      Prepare various accounting schedules for year-end audits

-      Perform any ad hoc projects or assignments as requested

Requirements:

-      LCC Higher or Diploma in Accounting

-      At least 5 years relevant working experience

-      Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

-      Self-motivated with strong of responsibility

-      Team player and good communication skills

-      Good command of written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
