Responsibilities

- Manage Group finance planning and cash flow management and forecasting
- Support in annual audits and regulatory filings;
- Review and supervise general accounting duties of accounting team
- Work with external professional parties/service providers, including auditors, bankers and SFC officers etc.
- Perform Company Secretary Functions including preparing minutes, annual returns and other forms filing;
- Manage compliance matters of group’s SFC Type 1,4,9 licenced corp with compliance outsource
- Review Client account opening and KYC;Review and update compliance policies and procedures;

Requirements
- Degree holder or above.
- Member of HKICPA or equivalent qualification
- 5 years experience in finance industry corporations / SFC licensed corporation
- Big 4 is welcome 
- Well organized with excellent multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of written Chinese and English
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
