Properties Sub F, Limited is responsible for managing a mixed-use complex “One Central" in Macau for the Shun Tak Group

Job duties:

• In charge of financial report and budget / projection of One Central Project;
• Responsible for month-end closing and prepare consolidated management reports, schedules and financial analyses;
• Coordinate with Finance departments of Property / Hotel Managers and other departments;
• Review cash flow statements and monitor cash position;
• Prepare financial budget and forecast / projection;
• Prepare ad hoc business analyses;
• Handle auditors’ enquiries / deal with tax representative.

Requirement:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent;
• Qualified accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, etc);
• Minimum of 3 years’ accounting experience;
• Good command of both spoken and written English / Chinese;
• Experience in Flex Account System will be an advantage and good Microsoft Office skills;
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Independent, initiative and self-motivated, able to work under tight deadline.
