Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the Head of ALM in managing the overall balance sheet structure and the compliance of regulatory ratio, i.e. liquidity and interest rate risk
2. Help on the daily operation of the ALM function, including but not limit to interbank dealing, FTP setting and distribution, cash flow forecast, investment holding monitoring, ALCO deck preparation, etc.
3. Execute the investment proposal as approved by the management team and help to maximize the returns from the surplus funding under ALM after complying with all regulatory ratio and consideration
4. Support the preparation of the credit proposal and annual credit review on the ALM counterparties
5. Maintain relationship with FI and actively communicate with dealing counterparts on market news and trend

Job Requirements

1. Academic and Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or above

2. Training and Relevant Experiences

• At least have 2-3 years or more experience in banking industry covering treasury or ALM function

3. Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

• Have experience in ALM function covering liquidity and interest risk management, MM and debt securities investment
• Strong interpersonal communication skill with all level of people
• Be a strong team player and create trust
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively
