Group Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions – whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services

Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis to provide insights to management and facilitate decision making relating to the Bank’s financials/assets and liabilities position. Perform in depth analysis on Net Interest Income (NII) and Net Interest Margin (NIM)
• Prepare ALCO materials, and track execution against decisions
• Administer Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) policy and implementation. Management and monitoring of books under the Central Mismatch Unit and its P&L
• Coordinate and participate in the financial budgeting, planning, forecasting process at country level
• NII simulations on balance sheet strategies and for management and regulatory purposes.
• Drive the data analytics agenda for the team and the MIS function
• Participate in infrastructural projects geared towards building an analytical platform for analyzing and management of balance sheet and financial drivers

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years or more of experiences in an analytic role for a financial institution
• Experience in supporting senior management
• Strong in quantitative and interpersonal skill
• Self motivated and a team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills, coupled with strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting, able to multi-tasks, organizes and prioritizes work
• A change agent 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
