Our client is adding this new headcount for the expansion of the Regulatory Advisory Services team. As one of the market leaders in the industry, the current service team has a lot of growth potential. The suitable candidate will be given sufficient training for related technical knowledge while having a fast-track career path to a client advisory position.

Responsibilities:

• Support advisory services for Economic Substance (ES), Tax, CRS/FATCA, ESG, etc.
• Handle day-to-day regulatory compliance work
• Ensure client and Group's compliance with statutory requirements
• Critically review client data and assist in the development of client deliverables
• Liaise with external clients and other business units of the Group in relation to regulatory compliance matters

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Business, Legal Studies, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of working experience in the professional services sector (legal/paralegal/ corporate secretarial services), or at financial institutions.
• Team player with excellent communication skills
