Key Job Duties:

-          Responsible for the execution of the Group fund flow arrangement, covering bank deposit, foreign exchange, etc. under the instruction from the Group Treasury.

-          To be the key HSBCnet administrator to manage the Group HSBCnet profile accounts

-          Manage the Group bank accounts activities, such as bank mandate update, signature card update in connection with the Group entities.

-          Handle treasury activities, such as monitor the cash pooling in HSBC, handle know your customer (KYC) checking from banks, perform bank confirmation for bank transfer, etc.

-          Focal point to liaise with Bankers for finance market update and our bank accounts related matter.

-          Month-end reporting at Group consolidation level

-          Participate in the Group account preparation and external

-          Other ad hoc job duties assigned by management.

 
Requirements:

-          Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or relevant disciplines

-          Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), or other equivalent professional organization

-          Over 8 years working experience in Corporate Treasury / Accounting & Finance fields, with supervisory experience.

-          Working experience obtained in multinational company is an advantage

-          SAP experience is an advantage

-          Self-motivated, self-discipline, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

-          Dynamic, cheerful and with positive mindset team player.

-          Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.

-          Proficient in general office computer applications, such as word, power point and excel etc.
