Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare local and overseas management reports, budget, and forecasts
- Prepare the interim and annual financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory disclosure requirements
- Maintain and implement internal control standards in accordance with internal and external regulatory requirements such as accounting standards and taxation
- Liaise with bankers, auditors and professionals
- Handle ad hoc projects to support management's decision
Requirements:
- University Graduate in Accounting & Finance or related
- Student Member of professional accounting qualification such as ACCA/ HKICPA or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, at least 2 years with Big 4
- Experience in PRC State Owned Enterprise is an advanatge
- Good interpersonal and communications skills to liaise with internal and external business partners
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are required
- Proficient spoken and written Chinese and English, good command of Putonghua is an added advantage
