Duties

• Participate in the strategic planning and major business decisions making process of the Project Company in Indonesia
• Control the overall rules and regulations of financing, accounting, budgeting, treasury, internal control and risk management of the Project Company as well as to provide the guidance and oversight on related management issues
• Establish and improve the accounting system, to organize and carry out analysis of major operation or investment activities
• Build up the financial systems and maintain the security of financial information
• Organize and control the overall budget of the Project Company, including cost control, promoting revenue growth and expenditure reduction, regular financial analysis and forecast
• Organize and control the fund management of the Project Company, to optimize the capital structure; to ensure the safety of funds, to supervise the usage of large amounts of funds as well as particular funds using, and to improve the fund efficiency
• Organize and participate in work related to the capital operation of the Project Company including but not limited to major investments, mergers and acquisitions, asset transfers, debt restructuring
• Review and control on matters such as providing external loans, guarantees, investments, donations, and ensure compliance with relevant company regulations
• Manage and carry out the tax related activities of the Project Company
• Build up the talent finance team, including provide suggestions, trainings, and appraisals
• Review and handle the monthly salary and year-end bonus calculation of the Project Company

Requirement

• Bachelor degree holder or above
• Accounting, auditing or finance professional qualifications (CPA, CMA, CIA, CFA etc.)
• At least 10 years work experience in finance, accounting, auditing, investment or related work
• Strong sense of responsibility, strong decision-making, good at planning and execution as well as communication skills
• With “Big-4” senior managers experience, or other SOE FC/CFO experience is preferred
• Excellent spoken and written of English
