• Responsible for the full set of accounts of the holding company and subsidiary, including GL entries, AP/AR review, month-end closing

• Review team accounting entries and monitor daily operation

• Prepare cash flow forecast report for management review

• Consolidate financial and management accounts reporting for the Hong Kong region in timely and accurate manner in accordance with local regulatory and the Group requirements

• Liaise with external auditors on audit, prepare supporting documents and other statutory filings for auditors and regulator

• Review the existing workflow and setup SOP

• Enhance and review the workflow with other teams

• Assist process streamlining and Internal control 

• Lead and supervise a small team in Hong Kong and the Philippines

• Assist in new project setup and ad hoc requests from the Group

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related disciplines

• Professional qualification of recognized accounting bodies

• A minimum of 8 years experience in financial & management reporting, with 3 years at the supervisory/managerial level

• Well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle multi-tasks

• Mature, independent, able to communicate and interact with people at all levels 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with good written and spoken English and Chinese

• Experience in the retail / real estate industry & managing a remote team is an advantage
