About us

The Central Finance team across the Asia Pacific region provide a trusted front-line financial support service.  As part of our commitment to developing and servicing our key clients, we are looking for a Finance Officer to join us in Hong Kong Head Office.  Working within a tight knit Finance team and links into our wider Asia Pacific regional finance team.

The opportunity

The Finance Officer role is to support the regional finance team and taking on the business day to day finance administrative processing.

Role responsibilities

  • Journal entry support / financial schedules / monthly reconciliations
  • Accounts payable / receivable processes
  • Intercompany reconciliation
  • Support for additional Finance processes from time to time, including tax, reporting and analysis
  • Assist in monthly cash forecast and annual budgeting process

Candidate Specification

What you’ll bring to the team

  • If this is your first finance role, or you bring along experience in a similar role, we want to hear from you
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • High attention to detail
  • Good communicator with strong relationship building skills
  • Team player with a “Can-do” attitude and willing to learn
  • Experience with MS Office and basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • Be an active participant in demonstrating Mott MacDonald’s Values and Behaviours
