Our client is a stable and leading UK law firm in Central with a professional and dynamic environment. Due to rapid growth of business, they are currently seeking a passionate, diligent, and friendly junior finance assistant to join their harmonic and collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing daily accounting entries to ensure full compliance
• Supporting in account payable, account receivable and bank reconciliation work
• Generating the monthly financial reports to management
• Liaising with secretaries to assisting in month end billing matters
• Clerical work such as data entry, filing and scanning statements
• Ad hoc duties and assignments when required

Requirement:

• Tertiary educated major in Accounts with at least 1 year related work experience
• Fluency in both Chinese and English
• Good team player with excellent communication and time management skills
• Candidates with law firm background is highly preferred
• Immediately available candidates will be considered first
