Job Duties

• Prepare full set of accounts for timely month-end closing of the group companies, including not limited to schedules and breakdowns.
• Handle daily accounting operation including petty cash reimbursement, bank operations, reconciliations and payment vouchers filing, etc.
• Support bank account opening, KYC and compliance
• Responsible for international clearing and exchange bank cooperation, establish and maintain cooperative relationships with banks in fund storage, clearing and exchange, and obtain the most favorable service support of the bank for the business.
• Prepare monthly financial review, budget and forecast.
• In accordance with local accounting standards and the company's financial management system, maintain and prepare effective internal control on operations, structure and workflow of financial data and general ledger production for the Company.
• Perform tax computation and handle tax filing.
• Liaise with external auditors for regular updates of re-posting standards and ensure all accounting practices are compiled with the corporate policies and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax guidelines and other statutory laws and regulations
• Perform any other ad hoc duties requested by the Global financial controller.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Accounting or related disciplines, with recognized professional accounting qualifications (HKICPA, ACCA or related professional qualifications) preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experiences in Accounting/ treasury operations. 
• With experience in bank account opening, maintaining bank relations and banking resources are advantages.
• Have an understanding of international bank fund clearing business, foreign exchange business and products, and have practical experience in charge of related projects.
• Understand the international laws, regulations and policies related to overseas company accounting processing and cross-border capital business.
• Proficient in PC applications, Quickbooks and MS Office especially in MS Excel.
• Proactive, detail-minded, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to meet tight timelines, work independently and under pressure.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is  preferred.
• Willing to travel oversea when necessary.
• Immediately available is highly preferable.
