• Management Reporting
  • Provide monthly end reports, financial highlights and commentaries
  • Prepare the monthly executive committee meeting materials and Quarterly Board Meeting PowerPoint
  • Handle Consolidated Management Accounts in the month end
  • Evaluate the performance of all businesses against budget and variance analysis report
• Budget and Forecasts
  • Assist compilation of annual budget and quarter forecast, coordinate with oversea to complete the budgeting and forecasting cycle
  • Prepare/develop finance model and templates for long term planning and ad hoc analysis
  • Monitor actual business performance against budget and explain for deviations
  • Provide support to and gather information from other divisions
  • Being part of the team to enhance the budget and forecast planning system
• System Implementation and Maintenance
  • Tagetik system superuser
  • Manage use access right for the high profile reports for both share drive and PowerBI

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Prefer HKICPA/ACCA Qualified
• 3-6 years of financial planning and analysis experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VBA), PowerPoint and PowerBI
• Experience in Tagetik is definitely added value
• Less experience is also consider
