Responsibilities:

• Execute internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan
• Evaluate internal control, efficiency and effectiveness of processes and make recommendations for improvement
• Prepare internal audit report for management review
• Perform ad-hoc audits and investigations as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder with major in Accounting and other business disciplines
• Qualified CPA/ CIA/ CISA preferred
• At least 5 years of internal audit experience. Internal Audit experience in property and retail industry is a plus (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Internal Audit)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and Mandarin and English
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Proactive and self-driven
• Good team player
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Occasional travel to China is required
