Our client is an AUS listed manufacturer with over 30 years of history. To cope with the business direction, they are now looking for a seasoned, high caliber accounting professional to join their team. 

Job Description:

• Oversee the finance function for the group, directly report to Managing Director 
• Drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives with reference to company’s finance operation and process
• Design policies and procedures that enhance effective operations and minimize spending for company
• Support internal & external audit activities to ensure fulfilling compliance and meeting standards
• Develop systematic and precise financial reporting systems & decision support models
• Implement the financial and cost planning processes in accordance with monthly forecasts and annual plan
• Communicate strategies and interpret financial results with management and team leaders

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accounting or Finance, or other relevant disciplines
• 10+ years of relevant experiences for manufacturing companies, preferably gained from sizable companies but but a must 
• Experience in driving operational excellence and planning is preferred
• Knowledge in cost accounting and financial data analysis
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
