DNA Recruit Partners is partnering up with a well-funded SFC licensed firm, they are hiring for an experienced Internal Audit Manager to manage team. Reputable Financial institutional group, well-funded AUM SFC licensed firm, this role will be direct reporting to Management group.  


Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head of Internal Audit, conduct risk-based audits for the Group
• Ensure that audit standards, procedures and techniques are satisfactory to ensure the audit standards are current and complied with Standards and Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
• Responsible for the preparation of internal audit reports and evaluate the practicality of audit recommendations
• Conduct audit on the corporate internal control environment to identify control weaknesses
• Perform follow-up on the implementation status of audit recommendations
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and investigations as required

• Qualified Accountant with Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of internal audit experience in financial institutions/ banking
• Qualified CPA, CIA or equivalent, holder of CISA is a plus
• Good knowledge of accounting and audit standards / requirements / regulations and operational procedures of financial services industry
• Strong English and Chinese report writing skills
• Able to drive execution independently with strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
