Responsibilities:

• Gather and consolidate market information on investment opportunities to upkeep the market competitiveness;
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and monitor the progress on investment projects;
• Communicate key findings and recommendations to the investment committee;
• Assist in preparation, translation and review of investment documents and reports;
• Work with various stakeholders to develop investment initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration or relevant disciplines;
• 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance or investment/asset management, preferably in one of the big 4 accounting firms;
• Excellent presentation and PC skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint);
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese & Putonghua;
• Professional accounting, finance, legal, company secretarial qualifications would be an advantage but not a must.
