• Assist in fund accounting, reconciliation, fund audit, risk management and fund operations
• Responsible for daily processing of investment transactions and the preparation of Net Asset Value (“NAV”) for funds
• Responsible for full set accounting for private equity fund
• Ensure all client deliverables are completed within timeline
• Provide ongoing compliance support for clients including common Reporting Standard 
• Assist in monitoring risk management guideline compliance for the funds
• Assist in ad hoc fund accounting, client services and compliance tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• CPA, completion of certain core HKICPA modules, FRM, a certificate in legal studies and/or any other relevant professional qualification is a plus
• Handle and advise on the SFC regulated activities 
  of the company, strong Type 9 experience is a plus.
• Prior work experience in audit, fund accounting, financial accounting, taxation, legal & compliance, operations support, risk management and/or data management is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred.
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
