Responsibilities:

• Mainly assist in daily billings of Customer Service and Customer Service related data entry;
• Prepare invoice, receipts, voucher payments in an orderly manner
• Assist in month-end closing and prepare bank reconciliations or balancing
• Assist checking accounting and logistics/shipping documents. 
• Assist in ad hoc projects when needed

 Requirements:

• Diploma, Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting related discipline with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Reliable, hardworking and strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing and other Accounting software, eg. NAV
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
