Job Description
A growing and expanding company looking for Self-motivated and Responsible Talent
Job Duties:
- Report to accounting manager
- Prepare month-end closing, schedules and relevant reports
- Perform inter-company transactions and accounts reconciliation with PRC subsidiaries
- Review PRC subsidiaries financial statements and ledger account
- Liaise with auditor, follow up and clear queries for Hong Kong and PRC audit
- Work closely with other departments, vendors and licensors for daily operation, monthly reporting, monitor the account receivable and follow up on customer payment with sales team
- Assist to prepare management and other ad hoc reports
Requirements:
- Degree holder major in Accounting or related disciplines
- Semi-qualified/Finalist of HKICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia is an advantage but not a must
- Minimum 4 years commercial and/or audit experience, preferably in trading industry with inventory
- PRC/solid audit experience is preferred
- Solid audit background without commercial experience is also welcome
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, including Good command of Putonghua
- Familiar with accounting software, e.g. Kingdee, Peachtree, etc.
- Good Excel knowledge and Chinese word processing skill
- Self-motivated, hands-on person with good supervisory skills and can work under pressure
- Immediate available is highly preferable
- No frequent travel is required
** Candidates with more experience can be considered as Assistant Accounting Manager
