其職責包括：

• 負責公司日常財務數據錄入，記賬，應收，應付，對賬工作;
• 處理各類帳務事宜，整合信息，輔助財務領導製作各類財務報表，包括月報年報，盈虧報告等;
• 跟蹤業務資金往來及業務進行銷售佣金核算，執行相關的資金劃撥及佣金結算;
• 輔助總公司財務團隊進行相關各類稅務工作;
• 定期反饋財務工作流程，及時發現問題提升財務工作流程有效性;
• 能夠有效率執行臨時工作分配；
• 其他財務相關行政類工作；

Responsibilities:

• Daily financial data entry, bookkeeping, the amount receivable and payable, account balance;
• Handling various financial details, processing information, and assisting company leaders in making a variety of financial statements, including monthly reports, yearly reports, profit-and-loss reports, etc.;
• Sourcing the company’s capital, and calculating commission;
• Assisting the head company’s financial team with different taxation issues; 
• Reporting routinely the flow of financial work, and improving the efficiency of such;
• Handle relevant ad-hoc jobs;

要求：

• 熟悉Windows系統操作及具基本電腦知識
• 良好中英語文能力及電腦文書技巧，並具良好溝通能力；
• 願意承擔責任、具創造力，處事細心及精準；
• 可立即到崗者優先考慮；

Qualification and preference: 

• Familiarised with Windows operation and relevant computer skills is a must;
• Good verbal and written English and Chinese, as well as computer word-processing;
• Responsible, creative, careful, and accurate;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred;
